Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LeadScraper. By using the service, creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

If you use LeadScraper for a company, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

What LeadScraper Does

LeadScraper helps users search public business sources, identify local opportunity signals, save lists, export contact and business fields, and send selected records to connected tools.

LeadScraper is not an email sender, legal compliance service, guaranteed lead source, or guarantee of business outcomes.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is unsafe, abusive, or violates these terms.

Subscriptions And Trials

Starter and Pro plans may include a 7-day trial with card required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews and Stripe charges the selected plan price. Plan limits, included search volume, enrichment volume, exports, and feature access may vary by plan.

You can manage or cancel billing from the dashboard where available. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed by LeadScraper.

Your Responsibilities

• Use exported data only where you have a lawful basis to do so.
• Comply with privacy, marketing, anti-spam, platform, and outreach rules that apply to you.
• Review opportunity scores, reasons, openers, and exported fields before using them.
• Honor opt-outs, suppression lists, consent requirements, and data deletion requests when applicable.
• Confirm that connected CRMs, webhooks, and automation tools are configured correctly.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use LeadScraper for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, authentication, or internal route protections.
• Do not resell raw access to the service without written permission.
• Do not use exports for spam, harassment, discrimination, or sensitive profiling.
• Do not connect webhook destinations intended to attack, scan, or access private networks.

Third-Party Services

LeadScraper integrates with third-party services such as authentication, hosting, payments, search providers, enrichment providers, CRMs, webhooks, and automation tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

Availability And Changes

We aim to keep LeadScraper reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, rate-limited, or unavailable. We may update features, plans, limits, integrations, and these terms as the product evolves.

Disclaimers

LeadScraper is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that search results, public business data, enrichment, opportunity scores, openers, exports, or integrations will be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadScraper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or outreach outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to LeadScraper for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
