LeadScraper helps users find local business opportunities from public sources. You are responsible for using exported data lawfully, including following outreach, privacy, and platform rules that apply in your market.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Billing and subscription status from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Search inputs, including niche, location, radius, offer context, and saved lists.
- Public business information returned by searches, such as business name, category, address, phone, website, ratings, reviews, map links, and related public signals.
- Integration settings you choose to save, such as webhook URLs or CRM access tokens.
- Usage, device, log, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Information
- Provide search, opportunity scoring, saved list, export, and recurring campaign features.
- Operate billing, subscription access, account management, and support.
- Protect the service from abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and unsafe webhook destinations.
- Improve product reliability, performance, onboarding, and user experience.
- Send service messages related to your account, billing, security, or product usage.
Sharing And Processors
We share information only as needed to run LeadScraper, comply with law, protect the service, or complete actions you request.
- Authentication is handled through Clerk.
- Payments and billing are handled through Stripe.
- Hosting, deployment, logs, and infrastructure may be processed through Vercel and database providers.
- Search and enrichment providers may process search inputs and public business data.
- When you connect a CRM, webhook, spreadsheet, automation tool, or similar destination, we send the selected exports to that destination at your direction.
Public Business Data
LeadScraper may process publicly available business information. Some public business records can include personal data in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for deciding whether your collection, export, enrichment, storage, and outreach use is lawful.
Retention And Deletion
We keep account, search, list, integration, billing status, and diagnostic information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable records. You can delete your account from the dashboard. Some records may remain where retention is required for security, billing, compliance, or backups.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including authentication, access controls, HTTPS, restricted internal job routes, and webhook safety checks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
LeadScraper is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
